Delete your account
You can request deletion of your Elovoen account and personal data at any time.
What happens when you delete
- •Your account is marked for deletion and you are logged out everywhere.
- •Personal data — name, email, saved locations, profile photo, messages — is erased.
- •Active bookings are cancelled subject to the applicable cancellation policy.
- •Deletion is processed after a short review window; you can contact support to cancel the request before completion.
What we may retain
Some data is retained where required for legal, tax, payment, fraud, safety, dispute, or compliance reasons — for example transaction records and evidence related to completed or disputed bookings. These records are tombstoned (personal identifiers removed where possible) and held only for the legally required period.
