Terms of Service

The terms that govern your use of Elovoen.

Version 1 · Last updated 5 July 2026

In short: Elovoen connects customers with independent, vetted service providers. These terms govern your use of the platform. Providers are independent businesses, not employees of Elovoen.

Jak & Zam Conglomerate LTD (company no. 14883574, England & Wales) operates the Elovoen platform at www.elovoen.com. By creating an account or using the service, you agree to these terms.

The platform role

Elovoen is an intermediary that connects customers with independent, vetted providers (drivers, cleaners, couriers, home-services professionals and corporate-service partners). Providers are independent contractors or businesses; they are not employees of Elovoen. Elovoen facilitates matching, booking, payments, ratings and safety tools but is not the provider of the physical service.

Accounts

You must be 18 or over. You agree to provide accurate information, keep your credentials secure, and not share your account. We may suspend or close accounts that breach these terms or our safety policies.

Schedule A — Riders & Customers

  • •Bookings & fares: fares are calculated using published zone, distance, time, toll, congestion and (where active) surge multipliers, with a clear estimate shown before you confirm.
  • •Cancellation & no-show: cancellation fees depend on timing and vehicle category; no-show fees may apply. The applicable policy is shown at booking.
  • •Conduct: treat providers with respect; do not request off-platform work or unsafe behaviour.
  • •Ratings: you are rated by providers on the 1–7 scale; persistent low ratings may affect your ability to book.

Schedule B — Drivers

  • •Status: you are an independent contractor responsible for your own tax, insurance and compliance. Elovoen does not guarantee a minimum volume of work.
  • •Commissions & payouts: the platform commission and your share are set per vehicle category and shown in your earnings. Payouts run on the published weekly cycle.
  • •Vetting & documents: you must maintain valid licences, insurance and any required DBS checks; expiry may suspend your ability to go online.
  • •Deactivation & appeals: accounts may be deactivated for safety breaches, fraud, persistent low ratings, or document invalidity. You can appeal via in-app Support; appeals are reviewed by a human.
  • •Equipment & data: you must keep the app and location services on while online or on a trip, and not tamper with GPS or telemetry.

Schedule C — Service Providers (trades marketplace)

  • •Membership & lead credits: membership plans include monthly lead credits; unused credits do not roll over unless stated. Billing is in advance via Stripe.
  • •Leads: contact details are revealed only when you accept a lead. Lead disputes (wrong number, out of area, duplicate) are refundable per our disputes policy.
  • •Reviews & integrity: reviews must be honest; soliciting fake reviews or paying for reviews is prohibited and may lead to suspension.
  • •Vetting maintenance: you must keep insurance, qualifications and identity evidence current; expiry triggers a compliance hold.

Payments & refunds

Payments are processed by Stripe. Refunds follow the applicable cancellation/no-show and lead-dispute policies. Membership fees are non-refundable except where required by law.

Prohibited conduct

Including: fraud, abuse, discrimination, harassment, off-platform payment circumvention, GPS tampering, and illegal activity. Violations may result in immediate suspension.

Suspension, termination & appeals

We may suspend or terminate accounts for breach. You can appeal any suspension via in-app Support; a human reviews every appeal.

Disputes & governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. We will try to resolve disputes informally first; unresolved disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

Liability

Elovoen provides the platform on an "as is" basis. To the extent permitted by law, our liability is limited. As an intermediary, we are not liable for the acts of independent providers — but we invest heavily in vetting, insurance checks and safety tools. Nothing in these terms excludes liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence.

Changes

Material changes to these terms are communicated before they take effect and may require re-acceptance. The version and date above reflect the current revision.
